Kids Help Phone
Children and teens can reach out to counsellors at Kids Help Phone who are available 24/7 via phone, text or online chat. Kidshelpphone.ca has a number of online resources you can access. You can access their services by calling 1-800-668-6868 or by texting CONNECT to 686868.

Their 24/7 Crisis Response is available to children and youth (0 to 18 years) by calling 416-410-8615.

The Peel board's Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Homewood Health has provided online resources through their website. For immediate and confidential support, or to book an appointment, staff can call Homewood Health at 1-800- 663-1142 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
In addition, staff may find the following resources helpful:
