and the Peel District School board would like to extend an invitation to parents/guardians of Black Peel students to attend the first of four We Rise Together
parent engagement workshops for the 2019-20 school year.

Mississauga Secondary School located at 550 Courtneypark Drive W. in Mississauga (McLaughlin Rd. & Courtneypark Dr.)
- learn about the research studies related to We Rise Together
- learn the history of We Rise Together and what you should know as a parent
- provide feedback on We Rise Together goals for 2019-20
- hear from Dr. Carl James, Professor, Jean Augustine Chair in Education, Community & Diaspora, York University and Phiona-Lloyd Henry, Vice-principal and former We Rise Together Coordinator
A light lunch will be provided.
