Strategic plans turns goals into action
In the 2015-16 school year, the Peel District School Board entered its last year of its five year strategic plan, Report Card for Student Success. The board began its work towards its new strategic vision, the Plan for Student Success. The strategic plan demonstrates the cause-and-effect relationship between our actions and what we're trying to achieve. It helps us answer the question--is what we are doing having a direct impact on what we are trying to achieve? Our strategic vision, old and new, shows us whether our actions are having an impact, because each goal clearly sets out targets for improvement.
