Joel Hilchey, B.Eng., has inspired thousands of people on the broad topic of leadership through global citizenship. Through his stories and activities, Joel helps individuals and organizations create a culture of positive interactions.

His keynotes and workshops have helped schools with leadership development, bullying prevention, high school transition programs, environmental conferences, and much more!  Well-trained in experiential education, he is a skilled and experienced facilitator for teachers and students.  

Joel's open heart and quick wit add to his already youthful exuberance and yet, while he'd never admit it himself, his wisdom far outnumbers his years.  Combining his enthusiasm, insight, and arsenal of flare, Joel has an exceptional ability to captivate and entertain while conveying relevant, thought provoking messages to audiences of all ages.
