New: Permits available online

Elyxyr Web Permits System (ePermits)

The Facilities Rentals department can now process permit request online with the Elyxyr Web Permits system.

The new web-based system:

  • allows schools to designate their "school use" requirements
  • enables clients to renew existing permits for the following school year
  • allows current or new users to submit requests for new permits

To facilitate the transition to our new online system, we have created a user manual. The manual provides instructions on accessing the Elyxyr Web Permits system and acquiring a username and password.

To view the manual,click here.

The following information will help community groups access school facilities more easily.
