Miler's Grove Public School is a collaborative learning community focusing on student success from kindergarten to grade 6. Students, teachers and parents work together in a partnership to ensure our students are challenged and motivated to become lifelong learners. The school actively supports our mission statement, “As we become lifelong learners at Miller's Grove we care, we share, we learn.”
Students at Miller’s Grove are involved in many extracurricular activities, clubs and sport teams. These experiences provide students with opportunities to work and play cooperatively with others. Miller’s Grove celebrates the Peel character attributes at monthly assemblies and recognizes student achievement towards theses attributes.
At Miller’s Grove, we have adopted the “bucket filling” philosophy. All students are encouraged to “be a bucket filler!” - in other words, be kind! Every time you say or do something caring, you add good thoughts to someone’s bucket while filling up your own. We hope to have all of our students filling up buckets daily at school, at home and out in our community.
