On February 2, 2002 the Peel District School Board held its first literacy conference for parents. With over 650 parents attending, Make a difference in literacy--practical ways parents can boost learning was a huge success. Many parents commented on the useful tips they received from more than 45 Peel educators. The following tip sheets will help extend this learning to the parents of all Peel board schools.
