The Regional Sports Program exposes students to a range of physical activities and focuses on lifelong health, wellness and leadership. Students in the program participate in physical education year round and take part in co-curricular athletics or community involvement to build leadership skills. Students have the opportunity to complete industry-recognized certifications in first aid, personal training, coaching and officiating, among others. In grade 11, students will have the option to transition into the Specialist High Skills Major program in sports.
