Parents are invited to a discussion on mental health on Jan. 10 at Mississauga Secondary School. The discussion will be held at 7 p.m. following the school council meeting in the library. The night will provide helpful tips and techniques for dealing with stress, and will feature two guest speakers: a naturopathic doctor and a representative from the Canadian Mental Health Association.
