Grenoble Public School will celebrate its 2nd Read Aloud Day tomorrow on Feb. 8, providing an opportunity for its students, staff and community to come together and celebrate the love of reading. Grenoble will welcome special guest reader, Director of Education Peter Joshua.
Other guests will also include Superintendent of Education Liz Cook, Trustee Carrie Andrews, Peel Regional Police, Brampton Library, parents and volunteers.
Grenoble's Read Aloud Day was inspired by World Read Aloud Day celebrated every February 1st. This day hopes to foster the love of reading in students and help them recognize the importance of literacy. Grenoble will be taking over PeelSchools Instagram on Feb. 8 to give an insider's look into the event.
