Approximately 70 families came together on Monday, May 1, at Clark Blvd to participate in the school's Family Fitness Night. Families got to play games together and reflect on how they show support to children and make connections on how families can be healthy together at home.
Fun activities included Active Jenga, a smoothie station, and obstacle course. The event was created by the Healthy Schools Committee, led by junior students and supported by community partners and staff.
The school community would like to thank Jennifer Morin, Peel Public Health Nurse for the Bramalea family of schools, who guided the school through the action-planning process, as well as Mary Neal and all the Clark staff who supported students in this unique leadership opportunity.
