Clarkson hosts cancer drive for Camp Oochigeas

Clarkson Secondary School held its 24th annual Cancer Drive last week. The Cancer Drive is a week long, student-centred fundraiser to raise funds for cancer-related charities. In 2016, the staff and students of Clarkson Secondary raised $40,000 dollars. Major events this year include a spare change drive, chocolate milk chug, mud run, dodge ball tournament and a “Leg Wax, Head Shave, Pie Toss” event. The school has raised more than $700,000 since 1974.
