Port Credit Secondary School hosts annual 'Write for Rights' event

Port Credit Secondary School will recognize International Human Rights Day with their annual Write for Rights event on Dec. 10. Organized by Port Credit’s Free the Children club, Write for Rights is an Amnesty International campaign intended to raise awareness of international conflicts. 

Students will have the opportunity to discuss human rights issues, as well as write letters to government officials voicing their human rights concerns. Students will also share messages about human rights on social media using the hashtag #Write4Rights.
