How to register
Our centre is a “drop-in” program and so there is no registration. As families arrive, they are required to sign-in on our sign-in sheet. A ratio of one caregiver to two children is usually reasonable, with the exception of a family with three siblings. On rare occasions, when the room becomes full, we would ask you to come back and visit us the next day. Our program varies every day, so families can come to the program as often as it suits the child’s needs.

What you need

  • a healthy snack for your child (snack is not provided at our centre)
  • a backpack or bag for your child
  • clothing appropriate for outdoor play (e.g. snowpants for the winter months if temperatures permit)
  • shoes with a grip sole for active play in the gym so that children do not slip and fall
  • indoor shoes are required for both caregivers and children during the winter months
  • strollers are parked along the wall outside our classroom door
  • caregivers can use the coat rack in the hallway
  • other valuables should be brought into the classroom
  • the children choose a hook inside the classroom for their outer wear and backpack, similar to the routine they can expect in kindergarten
