- Nov. 25, 2009 — UPDATE: Unable to Exit Comment Entry
- LTSS had identified an issue in the KSoP module where the user was unable to exit the Summary of Progress screen; neither clicking the Exit Door or attempting to move to the next student worked. This issue has been resolved.
- Printing the Summary of Progress
- As of September 2009, the “take-home version” of the Summary of Progress
can only be printed from the web; it is no longer available to print from the SIS Client.

- Upgraded Kindergarten Summary of Progress
- The KSoP was upgraded in April 2009; the full announcement can still be read on-line. Before you start using this new version of the module, you will have to upgrade your Java plug-in. If you are having trouble connecting to the new module, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
- KSoP Login Options
- You can login to the Kindergarten Summary of Progress using your “P-Zero number” (e.g., p0012345) or your “first_lastname” login. In either case, your password will be the same.
- Printing for Withdrawn Students
- You can print the Kindergarten Summary of Progress for a student who has been withdrawn from your school. To do this in the SIS client, select the All (current+wdr) radio button and then query for the student on the main SIS screen. You can then print the report as you normally would for a single student. [more...]
- Year Three Kindergarten students

- Kindergarten Resources On-line
- The Kindergarten Reporting page on the Curriculum and Instruction Support Services website has two useful Summary of Progress resources available: tracking documents for each subject, including a list of both the overall and specific expectations, and a list of qualifiers for use in your comments.
- Application Security / Password
- If you have forgotten your password over the summer, please complete the Forget Password process (available after one failed login attempt).
- If you are new to PDSB, and have not been given a login and password yet, please complete an SIS Security Access form.
- If you have changed schools from last year, and do not have access to your new school or students, you will also have to complete an SIS Security Access form for your new location; your username and password will remain the same.
