Browser Favourites and Printing

Please, do not set the actual login page as a browser favourite. Every time the IEP Writer starts, it generates a "session ID". When you connect using a favourite, that session ID is not properly created, which may cause problems with printing.

Daily SIS Data Refreshes:

Throughout the day, SIS and the IEP Writer upload data to each other. Any changes made will not immediately be reflected however; the delay may be as much as one hour before the information appears in the other system.

The IEP is unavailable:
3:00am - 3:30am daily; 12:00am - 6:00am Sundays; 8:30pm - 10:00pm payday Fridays.

It is critical that you log out of the application at the times specified above; otherwise, your account may become locked, preventing you from connecting when the system is available again.
