Upgraded Elementary Report Card Module
The ERC was upgraded back in February 2009; the full announcement can still be read on-line. Before you start using this new version of the module, you will have to upgrade your Java plug-in. If you are having trouble connecting to the new module, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
ERC Login Options
You can login to the Elementary Report Card using your “P-Zero number” (e.g., p0012345) or your “first_lastname” login. In either case, your password will be the same.
Students at Risk
Grade 07 and 08 teachers can now access the Student Transition screens through the Elementary Report Card module by clicking the new button on the Main Menu screen. [more...]
Application Security / Password
If you have forgotten your password over the summer, please complete the Forget Password process (available after one failed login attempt).
If you are new to PDSB, and have not been given a login and password yet, please complete an SIS Security Access form.
If you have changed schools from last year, and do not have access to your new school or students, you will also have to complete an SIS Security Access form for your new location; your username and password will remain the same.
ERC Statistics Screens
There are now two modules available to help you gather information about Elementary student marks: Mark Statistics by Class and Student Mark Statistics. Both are available as part of the SIS Client ("little red schoolhouse").
