About Adult Credit
For credit courses and co-op education, you can join if you are an adult who is more than 18 years of age and have not attended a secondary school for at least one year. This includes:
- a student who wants to upgrade academic skills
- a university or college student who requires an academic upgrade
- a secondary day school student with permission from your principal (in night classes if there is availability)
- a Peel or non-Peel resident
NOTE:
- Day school credit students must be 21 years of age, or turning 21 during their registered session
- Night school credit students must be 18 years of age
- If English is not your first language, successful completion of the ESL Benchmark Level 6 program is required in all of listening, speaking, reading and writing to register for Adult Credit courses
