Youth not-for-profit fees

 

All non-profit permit holders are required to pay a non-refundable administration fee of $48.00. All permit changes and cancellations are subject to a $20.00 surcharge.

Not-for-profit youth group using an elementary school general purpose room (gymnasium) on Wednesday evenings from October to June:

Weekend example calculation

 

Not-for-profit youth group using a secondary school single gymnasium for five hours on a Saturday  for 20 weeks:

Admin Fee $48.00
Facility Fee $6.75/day X 20 weeks = $135.00
Custodial Fee $13.50/hr. X 5 hours per day X 20 weeks = $ 1,350.00

plus custodial clean up extra

Custodial Fee $44.00/hr. x 5 hours per day x 20 weeks = $4,400.00 plus custodial clean up extra

  

Corporate (Contact the Rentals Office for a quote)

 

Many corporations host functions such as workshops, meetings and family day activities in school facilities. All corporate permit holders are required to pay a non-refundable administration fee of $48.00 plus an hourly custodial supervision fee, a daily facility fee for each room and additional custodial fees if applicable.  All permit changes and cancellations are subject to a $20.00 surcharge. The auditorium rental time period is a minimum of four hours per day. Large events may require additional custodial staff and/or set up and tear down costs.

 

Processing Permits - all categories

 

A minimum of three weeks notice is required to process a permit during the school year. Please allow six weeks notice for larger events requiring use of kitchen facilities.
