Let's Talk: Provide input on the Peel District School Board's 2019-20 budget priorities
The Peel District School Board has a long history of fiscal responsibility, focused on a mission to inspire success, confidence and hope in each student. Through our goal to use resources effectively to enhance student achievement, the board has been able to do so in an efficient and sustainable manner, while supporting the needs of all learners.
To guide the Peel board in the development of its 2019-20 school year budget, trustees are seeking input from staff, parents, students and community members. We'd like to hear from you about what you see as budget priorities for the upcoming school year.
To provide input, individuals may:
- complete a brief, online survey by March 31, 2019. The survey is now closed.
- provide input through their school's School Council if they are a Peel board parent/guardian. Parents/guardians should contact their School Council chair to find out when budget consultation will be discussed at an upcoming meeting
- delegate the board at Regular Meetings of the Board on March 25, April 9, April 23 or May 14, 2019. To present to trustees at these meetings, individuals must contact the Director's Office at 905-890-1010 (or 1-800-668-1146) ext. 2010, and complete the board's Request to Delegate Registration Form.
Before you provide your input, you may choose to refer to the Peel board's Plan for Student Success
